You can call customer service 400-6388-666 to make an appointment for door-to-door service with customer service personnel. The staff of qiniu electric authorized service center will contact you for on-site treatment.
The commodity price of the consumer shall be returned to the corresponding payment account of the order within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.

7 days return without reason is only valid for products sold on calf certification website.
The user’s return without reason within 7 days does not include the following behaviors: loss of San Bao certificate and invoice, artificial damage, damage of warranty and anti-counterfeiting label, damage of product appearance, loss of spare parts and gifts on board, and accumulated travel of more than 50 km, which may affect the secondary sales. In case of return, the authorized service center of calf company will conduct on-site inspection within 72 hours after receiving your application and refund within 9 days after confirming that it meets the return standard. Please send the goods and invoice to the on-site inspection personnel, and we will refund you after receiving the goods and invoice. If the invoice is not sent back or lost, the user shall bear all the losses. If the product you receive is of product quality problem, or the product received is inconsistent with your actual purchase order, the cost will be borne by calf electric.
* if the time delay is caused by the user, the on-site inspection time will be postponed accordingly.
* the accumulated mileage is not the data when the user submits the return application, but the mileage data at the actual return acceptance.
* after the user submits the return application, the official staff will provide free door-to-door service to collect the vehicle. Please do not ride again.
Freight Description:
If the goods are returned due to non quality reasons (i.e. no reason to return within 7 days), they are divided into the following four situations:
① If there is no reason to return the products without parcel post, you are required to bear the logistics costs and vehicle recovery costs of the vehicle, including the site visit costs, vehicle quality inspection costs, product packaging and transportation costs, etc. the vehicle recovery costs are (nqi 288 yuan / MQI + 278 yuan / MQI 268 yuan / uqi 248 yuan)
② If the vehicle is a parcel post product, the return fee (nqi 288 yuan / MQI + 278 yuan / MQI 268 yuan / uqi 248 yuan) should be borne for returning the goods without reason.
③ If the goods are rejected, although the two-way logistics costs are actually incurred, considering the user experience, you only need to bear the logistics costs of vehicle delivery, which is subject to the freight paid when the vehicle is actually purchased in the region.
④ If it is a parcel post product and you refuse to return it, you need to bear the logistics cost of nqi 288 yuan / MQI + 278 yuan / MQI 268 yuan / uqi 248 yuan; if you return the goods after signing in, you need to bear the vehicle recycling cost nqi 288 yuan / MQI + 278 yuan / MQI 268 yuan / uqi 248 yuan.
? if the return is caused by the quality problem of the goods or the goods received are inconsistent with the purchase order, the return cost shall be borne by calf electric.
? if you do not agree with the vehicle recovery fee after signing, you can choose to send the product back by yourself. As the electric vehicle is a large commodity, it is easy to scratch during transportation. You need to bear the risk of goods damage, missing pieces, high mailing costs and other risks in the process of goods return. If the goods we receive do not match the goods sent, we will choose to reject them. If you choose us to recycle the vehicle, you will have nothing to do with any loss during transportation after the vehicle is taken away.
